1. Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns are not accepted for custom-made, personalized, or clearance items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Exchanges
- If you received a wrong size, color, or defective product, we’re happy to exchange it for you at no extra cost.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, email us at contact@bloomandlinen.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the process and share the return address.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, cancellations are not possible as the product may already be in processing.
